What NegriCo is
NegriCo is the company I use to advise owners and to run the other things I am working on. Laicos, the software studio, is where most of the building happens. I am hands-on in each of them.

I advise owners of small and midsize companies on what is worth building, what is worth buying and what to leave alone. Engagements run three to six months, and I take on one or two at a time. A common start: a department running on one spreadsheet and one person who understands it.

About Ryan
I built Negri Electronics, an online distributor of unlocked mobile phones, to $54M in revenue and sold it to a private equity firm in December 2013. Along the way I hired people to build the custom software the business needed, and I learned first hand how much custom software can help. I founded Laicos in 2012, and today we build that software ourselves. I have also invested in and worked with startups, and I am a certified mindset and growth coach.
